When the health or safety of these employees may be at risk, Chubb can react fast with our SMS Guard Monitoring Service.  When activated, a SMS is sent through continious GPS satellite co-ordination, and a voice channel opened, enabling our monitoring centre to promptly react to an emergency.   

How does Chubb SMS Guard work? 

When the emergency button is pressed, a voice channel is opened, enabling Chubb’s Security Monitoring Centre to listen in on the voice conversation. At the same time position data in the form of longitude and latitude co-ordinates is sent via SMS.  With this information on hand, our highly trained operators are able to incorporate and convey verbal feedback and position data to nominated contacts/team leaders when responding to an emergency.
